Motor Drive Controller & Battery Pack

This model of the G5 included a motor drive, hand controller and battery pack for tracking the stars as they move across the sky. I attached the (4) D cell battery pack to the back of one of the legs with a nylon strap and Velcro. I cut strips of Velcro for each leg to hold the hand controller. I can ‘stick’ the controller on which ever leg is closest to where I’m viewing.
